Stephanie Shalofsky, Professional Organizer in New York City
Running an office or business is great: you relish coordinating a team, cultivating great customer relations, and producing something of value. If only your physical space were more organized, and your workflow systems more effective, you’d be more efficient—and get a lot more accomplished.
Organization feeds productivity—and Stephanie Shalofsky knows it. As a professional organizer in New York City, she enables business owners to streamline operations and create strategic workflows—all while continuing to focus on their core business. From setting up a sensible storage system to coordinating a full-service move, time management training to designing a functional home office workstation, Stephanie helps companies to implement lasting tools—and achieve direct, instantaneous ROI.
I am so glad we decided to work with Stephanie after we received a great recommendation to do so! We worked with Stephanie to organize some of our work spaces as well as our emails, and working with her was truly a pleasure and very easy. She was quickly and efficiently able to organize desk spaces, set up filing systems, and systems to organize emails. The systems we have in place allow our staff to be organized and effective in their daily tasks, which in turn allows us to be more successful as a business. I would not hesitate to work with her again and to recommend her to anyone who needs an organizational expert. – Vice President, Residential Contractor
These skill sets have been cultivated over time. After working as a corporate production manager for SONY, Stephanie quickly worked her way up to VP of SONY’s home entertainment division. She then went on to become Vice President of Production and Marketing at Central Park Media, a multi-media corporation. Each operational leadership role honed Stephanie’s innate ability to manage extensive projects, communicate with large teams, and produce a thriving corporate environment.
Stephanie understood that businesses everywhere needed her organizational resourcefulness. So she launched The Organizing Zone in 2008, and became a professional organizer in New York City. Since then, she’s transformed countless businesses from combat zones into productive and prosperous comfort zones.
Stephanie belongs to NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), spending six years on the New York Chapter’s Board of Directors and two years as president.
