In order for this company to continue to grow, it needed to lease more space so that it could add staff. Fortunately, the cost of this project and disruption to daily business were minimized, as there was a large, vacant suite adjacent to the company’s existing office. The intention was to renovate this new space and keep it separate from the current space.
