In order for this company to continue to grow, it needed to lease more space so that it could add staff. Fortunately, the cost of this project and disruption to daily business were minimized, as there was a large, vacant suite adjacent to the company’s existing office. The intention was to renovate this new space and keep it separate from the current space.
After:- Drafted a schedule with a detailed timeline for the project
- Acted as liaison with contractor, architect and building staff
- Mapped out a floor plan for the space
- Oversaw the phone system installation
- Ordered all furniture and coordinated the delivery and setup
- Provided regular updates to staff and management
- Supervised the move
- The new space was twice the size of the current office and needed to be renovated
