Case Studies

Client: Home Owner
Objective: Organize 6 Closets
Time Frame: 10 hours

This client was preparing to sell her large 2 bedroom apartment and had 6 closets that needed to be organized so that prospective purchasers would gain a true appreciation of the tremendous closet space available in this apartment. The closets that were worked on included a large coat closet, two walk-in closets, a shoe closet, a clothing closet, and large walk-in storage closet.

After:
  • All clothing placed on hangers
  • Clothing folded so that it fit neatly in the wire mesh baskets
  • Canvas storage totes were used to store pocketbooks, winter shoes, boots and scarves
  • Assorted household items placed in totes in storage closet
  • All walk-in closets re-arranged for easy access
Before:
  • Shoes for all seasons and occasions mixed together
  • Clothing spilling out of the wire mesh storage baskets
  • Pocketbooks, boots, and scarves strewn on shelf
  • Luggage, vacuum cleaner and other household items haphazardly placed in closets

Client Reaction:"The closets look fabulous! Not only is everything that we use on a daily basis very accessible but the amount of available storage space is very evident."
