Case Studies

Client: Non Profit Organization
Objective: Reorganize Volunteer Department
Time Frame: 2 Months

The department head who brought me in to reorganize her staff's space wanted to create a work environment for her team that would better utilize their space, increase efficiency and create a more professional environment.  This was to be the final phase of the department's reorganization and the most important one. The entire staff was involved in this project as their participation was key to its success.

After:
  • Created a centralized supply area for the department
  • Re-configured an office to include an additional workstation and meeting area
  • Consolidated files and removed extra cabinets
  • Created a reception area
Before:
  • Lots of unnecessary clutter scattered through space
  • Under utilized office and common areas
  • No place for part time staff to gather
  • Supplies stored in multiple locations

Client Reaction: "Thank you for the incredible job you have done helping us reorganize our office space and making a better and more efficient use of our space.  Your time, talent and most of all sensitivity to staff during this transformation has been nothing short of wonderful and remarkable."
