This Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operation at a busy entertainment industry non profit. In addition, she supervises a group of 6 interns who work on flexible schedules and also handles many special projects for the organization. She was having difficulty managing all of the paperwork that crossed her desk, was constantly interrupted by the interns seeking their next assignment and spent too much time looking for items in the storage room. Systems were needed to help her address these issues so that she would be more productive.
