This attorney's lack of control over the information that crossed/covered her desk was causing undo stress. In addition, she had trouble managing her priority list and ensuring that time was set aside for addressing all key tasks. An added challenge was that she worked out of two offices and needed access to all relevant documents from both work locations. Our objective was to create easy to follow systems that controlled the paper management and facilitated task management.
