After many years in their midtown location, this NYC newspaper publishing company was moving to a new NYC office and needed a professional moving organizer to help them. They were consolidating their NYC operation so that all of the staff would be on a single floor instead of spread across 3 floors. Since the company had been in the same building for so long, they had accumulated lots of files, books and copies of prior issues of the newspapers and needed organizing solutions to help the move go smoothly. Our organizing consultant created a plan to organize their efforts so that they would address all of the move preparation tasks in a logical sequence and be ready when the moving company arrived.

Before

  • Professional moving organization assistance was needed to identify and prioritize tasks

After

  • Created a moving schedule dividing moving preparation process into stages
