Project Overview

Due to rapid success, a NYC-based beauty company needed to transition immediately from a home office to a 4,000 sq. ft. space in midtown Manhattan. The CEO wanted to completely outsource the move coordination—from working with the architect and design teams to developing a structured office move checklist to coordinating the physical move—so she could focus on her business.


Stephanie Shalofsky was up to the task. As an office organizer familiar with and trusted by the client, she worked in tandem with architect and interior design teams to create appropriate and ample storage, including private and open offices, conference rooms, and workrooms for project collaboration. She then created a detailed office move checklist and project schedule—and worked with design, construction management, technology, facilities management, and moving teams to ensure all tasks were addressed by their respective deadlines. On move-in day, she was on site to facilitate the move, supervise design execution alongside the interior designer, ensure working technology, and other crucial considerations.


With minimal disruption to its daily operation, the client was efficiently relocated to a professional office that could accommodate its current and future business needs. With ample storage and workspaces, the company was poised for its next phase of growth.
