You can do so in whichever way resonates with you – use a paper planner, a calendar, an app on your phone. Whatever you choose, it needs to be something that you use and will look at regularly throughout the day. Make sure to include all appointments and meetings in your daily plan as well as a list of tasks that need to be accomplished that day. The key to making this list a beneficial tool is to review it the night before or first thing in the morning so you are ready to go and don’t waste time trying to figure out what to do first.
