Paperwork organizingThe contents of every space should be reviewed periodically and the excess clutter and unwanted paperwork collected. Regular, systematized paper organizing is key to keeping your filing systems effective and efficient. As it is very easy to overlook this task, it is extremely important to book time on the calendar for it that coincides with other company events or holidays.  If this is not routinely addressed, the situation will get out of control.  This appears to have been the case on this project… when all was said and done, we had over 60 boxes of paperwork destined for the shredding company and a large collection of contractor sized garbage bags of stuff that needed to be discarded.  Needless to say, paper organizing, sorting and filing were a huge challenge on this project. We are very much looking forward to seeing the space once all these boxes/bags have been removed.
